This is a four-hour long session that takes place between 35-37 weeks. The goal is to help you get all your last-minute nesting tasks completed. Meal prep, make smoothie bags and protein bars, organize newborn and postpartum items, and pack your hospital bag, as well as any last light cleaning tasks.
Birth Photography:
Elizabeth is on call starting at 38 weeks, shows up to your birth in active labor and stays until up to two hours post-birth to capture the golden hour. A full digital gallery is included.
Fresh 48:
In home photo session to capture the first precious hours of settling in while you soak up newborn snuggles. This can be offered to Medicaid clients in place of a visit.
These sessions last up to two hours long and include light cleaning, running errands, newborn care, sibling care, and meal prep. The goal is to give you time to practice self-care, get routines in place, or just sit, relax and cuddle your little one.

This includes flange fitting for your breast pump. Demonstration of how to take part, clean and use your pump. Education on correct storage of breastmilk in the fridge, freezer or counter. Help with nursing positions, getting a successful latch, as well as determining if baby is getting adequate milk intake.
Comprehensive curriculum to prepare you for an empowered and informed birth. Learn about the trimesters of pregnancy, stages of labor, common interventions and procedures, and what to expect postpartum. Having this knowledge can allow you to make a birth plan, determine when to go to the hospital, and how to advocate for yourself. This takes about four hours and can be broken up into sessions to fit your needs.
