Standard birth package

This is where we sit down, over coffee or French fries and we get to know each other, we can answer any questions you may have and make a plan on how to best support you.

We provide three prenatal appointments an hour long each. We use these visits for birth planning and preparation.

At 38 weeks of pregnancy, we begin on call text support to ensure you feel ready for your birth and that we can arrive in a timely manner.

A doula from the team will arrive to your birth space in active labor. We offer hands on and emotional support to both you and your partner, aroma therapy, massage, rebozo techniques and whatever else you need in those moments.

These are  about one hour long.  We assist with light cleaning, meal prep, newborn/ sibling care, and self care. The point is to check in with how you're doing and sift through your birth experience together, as well as hold space and give you a moment of rest.
