We offer one doula package. After years of trialing packages and pricing we have perfected the one we love to offer our clients. This package allows us to give the best care we can and bond the best way possible with our clients.

This is where we sit down virtually or in person depending on location, and we get to know each other, we can answer any questions you may have and make a plan on how to best support you.

Birth planning: you will receive a copy of your birth plan that you can print out and take to your birth.

Advocacy and rights: learn how advocate for your preferences and understand your patient rights

Partner support: We will teach your birth partner how to provide pain relief during labor and what to expect during the labor process!

This is comprehensive class created and taught by Elizabeth to ensure you have a solid educational foundation to begin your breastfeeding journey!

Elizabeth is the primary doula and will come to your birthing place at your time of need. She is there to provide pain relief and advocacy and will remain with you until up to two hours postpartum. Karina will come in place if Elizabeth is unavailable.

This is the birth debrief session. The doula will debrief how the events transpired and give you any details you feel you are missing as well as help you emotionally process your experience. A weighted feed for baby is offered at this session too.

These are with Karina, she is able to help with feeding concerns for baby, practical light household chores, meal prep and emotional support. You may also choose to use a visit for newborn lifestyle photos.
