HI there! I have always been fascinated by women, babies, and all things birth. When I became pregnant with my first baby, I was so excited to learn about my body's changes through pregnancy and enjoyed watching birth stories. Giving birth to him brought this birthing goddess out of me that I didn't even know existed. It was impressed upon my heart to lead women to the same revelation about themselves. I have been a stay-at-home mother for a few years now and have a deep understanding of the bond between mother and baby. I have had drastically different breastfeeding journeys with all my babies as well as varying postpartum experiences. These factors have taught me a lot about maternal mental health and the importance of support in the entire childbirth and postpartum periods.
When I’m not wearing my doula hat, I am a worship leader at my local church. I have three boys and a little girl, all five years old and under! We enjoy exploring, hiking, and camping together as a family. I collect plants and often go looking for oddities at antique stores whenever I get a moment to myself!

Hello, I'm Elizabeth Beeker!
I'm passionate about supporting women throughout their birth experience. Born and raised in Hillsdale County, I know the importance of community, and its role in birth work.
With a BA in Ministry Leadership through Moody Bible Institute, I am able to serve my community both through birth work and church ministry. I am passionate about evidenced-based practices and equipping mamas with everything they need to have a positive birth experience. I was trained through a DONA International approved birth doula training with Heart + Soul + Birth Pros and continue to fortify my knowledge by reading books related to doula work, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum support, and utilizing the mentorship of other doulas.
When not doing birth work, I enjoy spending time with my husband watching movies, cooking, playing games, and spending time outdoors. I am also a huge coffee lover!
Birth doulas are non-medical support people who are professionally trained in knowledge of pain management, labor positions, and the risks and benefits of general interventions. Birth doulas offer emotional and physical support during pregnancy and labor and can help facilitate good communication between you and your medical staff. Doulas strive to guide you into a safe birthing space that allows you to relish the experience.
As your doula team, our goal is to empower you and soften your birth space. We want to remind you of the birthing goddess that is within you, and that you are deserving of support. You are knowledgeable and no one knows your body as well as you. We want to guide you to make informed decisions regarding you and your babies health, so that you feel confident in your labor and delivery.
We offer comfort measures such as aromatherapy, rebozo, massage, and relaxation. We keep your birth space peaceful by speaking soothing words, keeping the lights dim, and we even help decorate your space with lights and affirmations to make it comforting for you.
We serve ALL births. Assisted homebirths, Cesarean sections, VBACS, natural births, inductions, birthing centers and hospitals.
We believe all bodies are wonderfully and fearfully made. You were uniquely designed to build, carry, and birth your baby.
Psalm 139:14 “I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”
We believe that no woman should have to birth alone. You are deserving of support. You have the right to learn evidence-based facts so that you can make informed decisions regarding you and your baby’s care.
Our calling is walk alongside you in your journey of bringing your little one earthside. To serve, to educate, to empower.
1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
